A New
Jersey transplant to
Florida
since 1975, Lou started cooking in a family restaurant.
Learning Italian,
Greek
and French
cuisine, Lou also found that
his many food loves included Great American Diner-however,
as wit all of Lou's recipes and stories, this cuisine became
full of twists and turns!
As a self-taught kitchen magician, Lou
has always thought "outside the pan," giving way to
seriously, as well as deliciously different dishes. Lots of
food, mixed up flavors, and, of course, straight forward,
home made basics, were all the ingredients used, however, as
the years took their toll on Lou's waistline, he has decided
to add a little HEALTH to the mix! As the time passed, Lou
has actually found that this new ingredient, HEALTH, is
actually the greatest ingredient of them all!
So stick around for new recipes and
tips every week, and count on them to be exciting, original,
budget-minded and funlishish!
